About Me

LosingWeightAndOvercoming: I struggle alot, wiith depression, with food, with my weight, with being in my 30s, and not knowing what I want to do with my life. I struggle with sticking to things...but lately things have been different. I had a breast reduction and after I really have changed what foods I eat. I'm eagered to exercise and make a difference in my life. While doing so I put myself out there made new friends and tried new things...so sit back...put your seatbelt on...and enjoy the ride. It will be a bumpy road till I figure things out! Because I have finally found my muse and I cant wait to share my stories! It's been a goal of mine for a while now to reach out to make a difference in the lives of those feeling in despair, even if it's just one person. I am no doctor. All I can be is a friend. I started a new group on Facebook open to those of you who may relate to this or moms who just dont know what to do....lets face it these things are hard and a little support and understanding goes along way.
